FAQ
Can I order a sample before placing a school order?
Yes. Customized samples are available for a fee, which includes the scrub set and logo setup. Current sample pricing will be provided with your quote. If your school later places a qualifying order for the same scrub style and logo, the logo setup fee will be credited toward the order.
What is the minimum order to start a school uniform program?
A new school uniform program requires at least 30 complete scrub sets. Student sizes and approved men’s and women’s styles may be mixed.
How long does production take?
Production time depends on order quantity, product availability and customization. Your confirmed schedule will be included with your quote.
Can students order individually?
Yes. Individual ordering is available after the school’s approved uniform program has been set up.
Do you ship to multiple campuses?
Yes. Campus, split and individual shipping options can be included in your quote.
Can you source scrub colors not shown on your website?
Yes. Additional scrub colors may be available by special order. Please allow approximately three months for sourcing, followed by embroidery production and shipping time. Your complete estimated schedule will be confirmed in your quote.
Is logo setup included?
Yes. One logo, one embroidery location, logo digitization and one digital proof are included in the standard school program
