I would give 10 stars for customer service if I could! I bought his & hers robes for my 2nd wedding anniversary (the cotton anniversary), and I couldn’t be happier with the results! These robes are wonderfully plush and soft, and the embroidery is just as pictured. I also changed my mind on the color of embroidery after I placed the order, and the owner was so friendly and accommodating. My husband loved the gift, and I truly couldn’t be happier!

First of all I will say that every now and then, if I can afford and risk buying newer products, I would show support to newer entrepreneurs but I always have my reservations on how the quality and functionality will work out. I bought this bathrobe for my husband as a birthday gift. After I put the order, I asked the seller to contact me about some questions I had in regard to the design. They addressed my questions quickly and even sent me a picture of how it was going to look with the specific wording and design I had chosen. I received the package very fast and I was very surprised to see the high quality of this bathrobe, it looks and feels luxurious, and with the right care I know it will last many years.
